City Residents can properly dispose of Drugs (including prescription, non-prescription, vitamins and vet/pet drugs) at the Lake Mills Police Department, 200 Water St., on Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm.
Due to a new disposal requirement for expired and no longer needed prescription medications…the Lake Mills Police Department is requesting that all pill form medications be emptied-out of their original prescription bottles and into a plastic “Zip-lock” baggie. The pills can be mixed together into one baggie and must be sealed before placing them in the prescription Drop Box at the PD. Blister packs and liquid medication can remain in their original containers.
